Important Dates

Start and end dates: Diploma/Certificate programs

All Diploma and Certificate programs start in September of each year. Occasionally, additional start dates are added to specific programs based on interest and resources. See the specific program page for upcoming start dates of that program.

Start and end dates: Language programs

All Language programs start on the following dates:

• Start Nov 29, 2021 – end Mar 4, 2022
• Start Mar 14, 2022 – end June 10, 2022
• Start June 13, 2022 – end Sept 2, 2022
• Start Sept 6, 2022 – end Nov 25, 2022
• Start Nov 28, 2022 – end Feb 24, 2023
• Start Feb 27, 2023 – end May 26, 2023
• Start May 29, 2023 – end Aug 18, 2023
• Start Aug 21, 2023 – end Nov 10, 2023
• Start Nov 13, 2023 – end Feb 16, 2024

Deadlines – Diploma/Certificate programs

NOTE: The following deadlines and incentives pertain to our Diploma and Certificate programs and are not applicable to our Language programs.

Regular application deadline

Our regular application deadline is 30 days prior to program start date, if program seats are still available.

Early application deadline

The early application deadline is 6 months prior to the program start date.

If you are accepted and attend the program, completing your application before or on the early application deadline will:

1. Guarantee you a seat in the program – no waiting lists
2. Give you first chance to apply for a McKenzie College scholarship. Early applicants are favoured during the scholarship decision process.

Late applications

Late application submissions can be accepted up to 7 days after program start date, if there are seats still available in the program.
